for all staff

1. As a Housekeeper you understand that each job will run on for a minimum of 4 hours. Should things run on longer than expected, you will be paid according to your hourly rate.

3. You are on a one week’s notice period. We kindly ask that if your plans change, or you decide to leave the job for whatever reason, that you give us 1 week’s notice period. This is to prevent startling the clients, which can result in loss of business. It also gives me some time to find a replacement Housekeeper. Similarly, should we have a change of heart, we will give you 1 week’s notice – unless you have been suspended or terminated instantly due to gross misconduct.

4. You will be paid weekly, every Sunday by 00:00 by bank transfer.

9. As a Housekeeper, you understand that you have a duty of care to do the following things: (1) Ensure to turn up punctually to each client appointment.
