We coordinate schedules, organise travel, liaise with staff & contractors, oversee household operations. We are the central point of organisation ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, always anticipating the principal's needs, providing discreet, efficient & highly personalised support at all times.
TRAVEL
We manage bookings, compare prices, handle itineraries & changes, liaise with airlines & hotels, process payments, resolve delays or cancellations, sort out visas etc.
PET Care
We handle vaccinations, vet appointments, insurance policies, grooming schedules, dietary plans, microchip registration, travel documentation, coordinating walkers & sitters etc.
child care
We take care of school schedules, pick-ups, activities, medical appointments, childcare arrangements, tracking permissions, uniforms, meals, travel logistics etc.
Diary management
We manage diaries across different time-zones & continents. From arranging board meetings, client calls, to personal commitments, ie. medical appointments, social engagements, fitness sessions, beauty treatments etc.
household management
We oversee staff rotas, payroll, maintenance & contractors, budgets, supplies, events, guest stays, inventories, utilities, compliance. Liaising with security, gardeners, cleaners ensure the property runs smoothly.
Housekeeping
Our team is responsible within Private Estate Management for maintaining the property to good standards across all areas. Duties include maintenance & deep cleaning, laundry & wardrobe care, bed-making, managing linen & inventories. They oversee the presentation of rooms, prepare spaces for guests & assist with even setups & breakdowns. The team sometimes coordinates with maintenance & other staff, report repairs & ensure supplies are stocked. They often manage specialist care for fine materials, antiques, artwork & delicate clothing.
Laundry
We take care of all your laundry inhouse from start to finish. Includes darks, whites, colours, linen & towels. We don't dry-clean, but happy to take to your nearest store.
ironing
Our housekeeping team irons everything from basic clothing to suit trousers to smart shirts to dresses. Nothing is too hard for us. We keep on top of it so you don't have to.
cleaning
Is our teams' specialty. Between them they have over 30 years' cleaning experience combined. From general to deep cleaning, they take care of your property from top to bottom.
