Founder, Head PA & Quality Control

Sarah is our Founder. 10 years' prior experience as a Corporate Executive Assistant, Sarah has looked after C-Suite Executives from CEOs, CFOs, COOs & the like. So your home is in good hands, as her standards are high. Quitting The City led her to a Private PA role for a household in Belgravia, London. High staff turnover, lack of experience, little professionalism, unreliability (accompanied by prolonged frustration from the Head of the House), Sarah saw a gap in the market & an opportunity to quench her entrepreneurial thirst. London Holistic was born. She has since grown a reliable & loyal team who help her deliver services to customers across Central London.

Samira was eager to join London Holistic, after hearing what we do online. Samira is a very experienced Housekeeper. She works for a Russell Group university in Central London preparing the dormitories for the students. She also specialises in Air BnB turnovers where time restrictions are tight & pressure is high. She also looks after serviced apartment complexes, where standards are hard to meet due to high net-worth clients. Samira has brought a wealth of experience with her, and a level of perfectionism that has been enjoyed by many of our clients. She is reliable & very dedicated to her craft. It is a pleasure to have her on the team.

Mel has been a critical member of the team. Her generous spirit knows no bounds. She is always ready and willing to take on work no matter where it takes her in London. Her dedication has been a founding reason why London Holistic was able to expand in the way that it has. She is a very experienced Housekeeper, with her own circle of clients in and around London. She is extremely fast & efficient, with impeccable time management skills. Her polite and willing-to-please nature has made many of our clients warm to her, giving her recurring business within our portfolio. She runs her own Housekeeping business, as well as working for us, so she knows the ins and outs of the industry/how to deal with clients etc. We are indebted to Mel for all her incredible hard work

Assistant PA

Chantelle is a highly organised and proactive Assistant PA, with a strong background in luxury hospitality & executive support. With over five years' experience working alongside Senior Managers, she has developed a sharp eye for detail. Before joining London Holistic, Chantelle supported Operations within a boutique Hotel Group, coordinating schedules, managing client requests, liaising with Front of House/Reception, & ensuring high standards were continuously met. She now helps Sarah streamline our clients' day-to-day lives, look after their pets, book and manage their holidays, ensure the children are catered to - always with a warm and approachable manner. She is Sarah's right-hand woman on the days where she is wearing her PA hat.

Oksana used to work with Sarah in the private household residence in Belgravia. That's how the two met. They instantly got on due to their very similar working attitudes. Oksana is already fully booked with her own rota of clients, and it was extremely difficult to get a slot where she could also work for London Holistic. Alas, Sarah's determination paid off, and she is now a model member of the team. Oksana has a can-do attitude. She never cuts corners, she needs zero micro-managing - all she does is come back and report to Sarah, and everything is in hand. Her standards are extremely high, and we are so delighted to have her spreading our immaculate reputation across Central London. She is dynamic, and a shadow of Sarah herself.

Hugh is a dedicated & highly professional Butler who oversees one exclusive private residence on behalf of London Holistic. He brings over 8 years' experience in luxury private households, with the ability to manage varying echelons of household staff. He is witty, charming & very dependable. His career began within a prestigious country estate where he refined his expertise in formal service. Working for us, he oversees staff, hosts formal dinner parties & anticipates every detail of the household's needs. His commitment to excellence ensures the residence operates effortlessly at all times; especially when Sarah is away. ​
